The Morley family and friends started raising funds to install two defibrillators in our local area in Cleator Moor in memory of the late Billy Morley who tragically died very young from a heart attack. Since that time we have gone on to install or help install, over 60 Defibs in West Cumbria and we have no intention of stopping there.
We are based in West Cumbria, and work closely with the North West Ambulance Charity ( registered charity No.1122470). We raise money through Go Fund Me and other local fundraising events – all the money raised is put into buying, installing and then training people to use public sited AED’s.
As time goes on we will do our best to include details of all our fundraisers on here, so that you can get involved and help this great cause.
